About Us

SAMmeeting seeks research work and industrial protocols dissemination in the field of advanced, sustainable and intelligent manufacturing. This event aims to increase business competitiveness in the manufacturing field by investing in the transfer of scientific and technological knowledge from R&D systems to companies in different areas. Also, SAMmeeting aims to help with the communication between academia and business in the reverse direction, allowing scholars to identify research problems of urgent need from the industry.

What is Our Goal?

The 2nd SAMmeeting conference goals are to bring researchers and students from different training areas in the manufacturing field, technology transfer and support centres, companies and other public entities closer to the challenges present in today's society.

Topics:

  • Innovations in manufacturing engineering
  • New materials and process optimization
  • Sustainability in manufacturing and life cycle assessment
